Earth’s Story – Virtual Program

Join us for a virtual trip to the museum. Your group will explore the story of our planet Earth and learn how it evolved into our present-day habitable home! Through this program, participants will:

1. Understand the concept of Deep Time and be introduced to the Geological Timescale.
2. Recognize the diversity of ancient life.
3. Examine the causes & effects of historic climate events.
4. Discuss significant geological and biological events in Earth’s past.
5. Examine how Earth came to be a habitable planet. 

This online program is 1-hour long and includes 15-minutes for technology setup/check in, a 30-minute guided virtual tour with a museum interpreter and 15 minutes for Q & A.
