UBC Earth Scientists Ask Big Questions

Earth Science incorporates processes happening at Earth’s surface, within its interior, atmosphere, and ocean, as well as processes happening on other planets in our solar system.

Scientists in the Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences tackle some of the most enigmatic and challenging topics in science.

Here are a few of the people behind the science, and a few of the questions motivating their research.
